Who operates ThreadDue

ThreadDue is operated by Neonatur AB. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@rntx.dev.

Information the add-on accesses

When you explicitly run a scan or open ThreadDue beside a Gmail conversation, the add-on accesses Gmail message and thread metadata needed to determine whether your sent message is still the latest message in a conversation. This can include message identifiers, labels, dates, recipients, subjects and selected headers.

When you explicitly request a follow-up draft, ThreadDue accesses the selected conversation to create a reply draft for your review.

How information is used

Gmail data is used only to show conversations awaiting a reply and to prepare a follow-up draft after your click. ThreadDue does not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, model training or unrelated analytics.

Data storage, retention and deletion

The current version has no external application server or email-content database. Gmail message and thread metadata is processed temporarily in your Google Apps Script environment during a user-requested scan or contextual action and is discarded by ThreadDue when that execution ends. ThreadDue does not retain message bodies, subjects, recipients or OAuth tokens.

Google Apps Script User Properties retain only two types of ThreadDue data: your waiting-period preference and the Gmail thread identifiers you choose to hide. These preferences are kept for as long as you use ThreadDue so that your choices remain available between sessions. Hidden thread identifiers remain until you restore hidden conversations or delete all ThreadDue data. Your waiting-period preference remains until you replace it or delete all ThreadDue data.

You can delete every value stored by ThreadDue at any time by opening the add-on in Gmail and selecting "Delete ThreadDue data." Deletion takes effect immediately for the waiting-period preference and all hidden thread identifiers and cannot be recovered by ThreadDue. You can remove only the hidden identifiers with "Restore hidden conversations." These actions do not delete or change any Gmail messages or drafts.

After deleting your ThreadDue data, you may uninstall the add-on and revoke its access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings to prevent future access. If you need help with deletion, contact support@rntx.dev. Gmail itself retains or deletes Gmail messages and drafts according to your actions and Google's applicable policies; ThreadDue does not control that retention.

Sharing and transfers

ThreadDue does not sell or share Gmail data with advertisers, data brokers or AI providers. Because the add-on runs on Google Apps Script and Gmail, Google processes information under your agreement with Google and its applicable privacy terms.

ThreadDue's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Email actions

ThreadDue can create a Gmail draft only after an explicit user action. It does not send email automatically and does not move, label, archive, trash or delete existing messages.

Security and access

ThreadDue requests the minimum Gmail scopes needed for mailbox-wide detection, current-message inspection and user-initiated draft creation. You can review or revoke access at any time in your Google Account's third-party connections settings.

Changes to this policy

If the product's data handling changes, this page will be updated before the new behavior is released. Material changes will be communicated to active beta users where practical.
